POWER A SUSTAINABLE HOME

The solar roofing system is specifically created for steep sloped surfaces, with the solar shingles serving as the actual roof. The system is complemented by custom flashing that seamlessly integrates the solar shingles with other roofing materials. Additionally, there is ample space beneath the solar shingles for air circulation and wire management.

GEOTHERMAL HEAT PUMP (CLOSED LOOP SYSTEM)

Geothermal heat pumps (GHPs) are known for their superior energy efficiency compared to conventional HVAC systems. This makes them a valuable asset in alleviating strain on the electrical grid, particularly during periods of high demand in the summer. Furthermore, their efficiency contributes to a decrease in carbon emissions, making them an environmentally friendly choice.

GHPs are a long-term investment, as they are built to last and have extremely long life spans. Expect around 25 years out of GHP indoor components (i.e. the heat pump) and 50-plus years for ground loops. Despite higher installation costs, GHPs are up to 65% more efficient than traditional HVAC units and pay themselves back over time in energy savings—typically within 10 years.
